Catalogue raisonné and refusal to include a work

The Paris Judicial Court rendered two decisions on February 28, 2024, once again illustrating the impossibility of compelling a specialist of an artist's work to include an artwork against their will in the catalogue raisonné they have established. Beyond this impossible inclusion, no judicial debate can exist regarding the authenticity or lack thereof of the work.
